Rodney’s position is in the role of “Section Leader.” A Section Leader serves at least 40 hours per week in the Gateway Prayer Room. A minimum of 20 of those hours is dedicated to worshiping God and Intercessory Prayer. The remainder will be used in “Admin Time” in overseeing the activities and functions of the Prayer Room. Our Intercessors are given strategic prayer targets around seven arenas or gates that influence society such as government, business, education, family, religion, media, entertainment and the arts, and healthcare. Our Section Leaders oversee each 2-hour prayer set within their section of time each day.
Rodney will also be a part of our traveling ministry teams that go to local churches and ministries to equip in the arenas of devotion to God, mentoring new interns in the A.F. Internship, and equipping new worship team members in Gateway’s worship principles.
