Ablaze School of Worship

In our worship school, we are training worshipers to burn with passion for Him, walk in purity, create healthy community, and release the sound of heaven. Ablaze is an amazing opportunity to hear God’s voice through the Psalms, follow Holy Spirit’s leadership in worship, and grow in skill through practical training.

Ablaze Commitments

Prayer Room Hours — Three hours will be spent in the prayer room each week to cultivate intimacy with Jesus. This time will include: prayer, journaling, Psalms study, and songwriting.

Weekly Classes — Each week will alternate between Training and Workshop weeks. Training will take place in the basement of Gateway, and worship will be in the Prayer Room at Gateway. Workshop weeks will include hands-on instruction and Band labs at various locations.

Worship Activation — Two hours each week will include: singing the Psalms, leading a worship watch at Gateway, serving/leading a worship team at Gateway, or participating with Creative worship through music, art, writing, dance, etc.

Songwriting — Each Student will write 3 original songs during the school.

Ablaze Schedule

Thursday Evenings 6pm-9pm | September 3, 2026 - October 29, 2026

September 25-27, 2026 | Weekend at David’s Tent, D.C. — A weekend will be spent with the 24/7 community at David’s Tent D.C! Students will receive teaching and serve on worship teams to honor Jesus in the heart of our nation’s capital.

October 24, 2026 | Worship Recording Day

November 5, 2026 | Ablaze Graduation - The culmination of Ablaze will be a banquet celebration with testimonies, stories, and songs of God’s faithfulness!
